SandStat — Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-10-05 · Developer: SynIna Soft

The short version

SandStat stores your data on your device. Everything you record — teams, players, matches, statistics — lives in a local database. There are no accounts, no ads, and no cross-app tracking. Your names, rosters and match data stay on your device, except in two optional sharing features (live broadcast and co-recording): while you have them switched on, scoreboard data for that match is sent to our server so others can view or help record, and it is deleted when you switch sharing off. To keep the app working and improve it, the app also sends anonymous usage statistics and crash reports that never contain your names or match data (see below).

Data stored on your device

Match records, team rosters, player names and numbers, and app settings are saved in a local database on your device. This data does not leave your device unless you explicitly export it (CSV, PDF, or backup file), share it yourself, or enable the optional sharing features described below. Your device's standard backup (e.g. iCloud backup or Google backup) may include the app's data, under Apple's or Google's terms.

Optional online features: live broadcast & co-recording

If you turn on live broadcast or co-recording for a match, the app transmits that match's scoreboard data to our server (hosted on Supabase) so that people with the share code can watch the live scoreboard or help record: team names, scores and set results, statistics, player display labels, and — for co-recording — the helper's self-chosen recorder nickname.

Anonymous usage statistics

The app uses PostHog (servers in the United States) to count how features are used, so we can see what helps coaches and fix what doesn't. It sends:

It never sends team names, player names or numbers, scores, statistics, or any other content you record. This data is used only to improve SandStat; it is not sold, not used for advertising, and not combined with data from other apps. See PostHog's privacy policy.

Crash reports

If the app crashes or hits an error, it sends a diagnostic report to Sentry (servers in the United States): the error message and code location, device model, operating system and app version, and a small sample of performance timings. Reports are configured not to include personal information, and never include your recorded data. See Sentry's privacy policy.

Data we do NOT collect

In-app purchases

If you purchase SandStat Pro, the payment is processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). To validate and restore your purchase, the app uses RevenueCat, a purchase-management service. RevenueCat receives an anonymous, randomly generated identifier and your purchase status — never your name, email, or match data. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.

Children's privacy

SandStat is a tool for coaches and players and does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children. Player names entered by a coach stay on the coach's device unless the coach turns on the optional sharing features above — in which case player display labels default to jersey numbers only, and the shared data is deleted as soon as sharing is turned off.

Your choices and deletion

You can delete all of your recorded data at any time by deleting matches in the app, using Settings → Reset data, or uninstalling the app. Shared scoreboard data is deleted when you turn sharing off. To ask us to delete usage statistics or crash reports associated with your device, email us; because we do not know who you are, please tell us roughly when and on what device you used the app.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.

SynIna Soft

SandStat Pro를 구매하는 경우 결제는 전적으로 Apple(App Store) 또는 Google(Google Play)이 처리합니다.
